Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this website, we collect the details that form asks for:

• Booking and enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address, city, the model you are interested in, and whether you prefer a one-time payment or instalments.
• Contact and dealer enquiry forms: your name, phone number, email address and message.
• Service appointment requests: your name, mobile number, email address, address, province and city, your vehicle’s QR code, purchase date and showroom, a description of the issue, and the location you select on the map.
• Dealership applications: your name, father’s name, date of birth, CNIC, NTN and STRN, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, residential address, and details of your current business and proposed showroom.
• Complaint tracking and product verification: your ticket number, phone number, and the product code you enter.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the website, we and our service providers collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, and how you interact with pages (for example, clicks and scrolling). This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in section 3.

Your location. If you allow your browser to share your location, we use it to show the dealers and service centres nearest to you. On the service appointment form, the location you choose is sent with your request so our team can reach you. You can refuse or withdraw location access at any time in your browser settings.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• respond to your bookings, enquiries and messages, and call you back;
• connect you with an authorised dealer or service centre near you;
• schedule service appointments and handle complaints and warranty claims;
• review and process dealership applications;
• send you information, offers and updates about our products, where you have agreed to receive them;
• understand how the website is used and improve it;
• measure and improve the performance of our advertising;
• protect the website and our forms from spam, fraud and abuse; and
• comply with our legal obligations.

3. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand website traffic and usage.
• Meta Pixel to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our website.
• Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session recordings, so we can fix problems and improve the website.
• Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from spam and automated abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

These providers process information under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the website from working properly.

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with our authorised dealers and service centres, so they can follow up on your booking, enquiry or service request;
• with other Crown Group companies that help us provide our products and services;
• with our partner banks and financing partners, only when you ask about instalment plans, and only the details they need to contact you about financing;
• with service providers that host our website and systems or provide analytics, advertising, messaging or security services to us, who may use it only to provide those services; and
• with government or law enforcement authorities when required by law, or where needed to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, including providing after-sales service and warranty support for your vehicle, and meeting legal, tax and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limiting access to the staff and partners who need it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason or to honour your vehicle’s warranty; and
• stop sending you marketing messages, at any time.

8. How to request deletion of your data

To ask us to delete your personal information, email info@crownelectricmobility.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include the name and phone number or email address you used when you contacted us, so we can find your records. You can also call us on 021-111000348. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request, and we will let you know once it has been completed.

9. Children's privacy

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites and services, such as social media platforms, maps and our financing partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
